The City of Boynton Beach

The City of Boynton Beach, "The Gateway to the Gulf Stream," is a coastal city located in a rapidly growing area of Palm Beach County. Major Nathan S. Boynton, a native of Michigan who distinguished himself in the Civil War, founded the city, which has a current population of over 65,000.

Boynton Beach Municipal Park

Boynton's main beach, Oceanfront Park, is located at 6415 North Ocean Blvd., just miles from BTVW. The facility is open seven days a week, 365 days a year and is manned by trained and experienced and certified lifeguards from 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Clean and well-maintained with separate barbecue and picnic area, concessions and rest rooms.

Ocean Inlet Park

Located south of the Boynton Beach Inlet. 600 feet of guarded beach just east of A1A with 900 feet of Intracoastal Waterway frontage, rental boat slips, charter boats, picnic facilities, fishing, snack bar and children's play area just west of A1A.

Gulfstream Park

4489 North Ocean Blvd. This secluded oceanfront park is perfect for a romantic oceanside walk and its crystal clear waters are excellent for snorkeling.
